The Art of
the
3 Point
Plan

organization or committee should leave a meeting without
having a 3 Point Plan to resolve a problem. In the same way,
all Managers should always have a 3 Point Plan to improve the
management of the organization, product quality
or overall efficiency.

business, a 3 Point Plan should be almost instantaneous.

that Aikido is a Triangle, a Circle, and a Square, and that
Aiki is a Universal Principal.
This first version is a 19 page workbook that briefly
describes the process and challenges the reader to quickly
develop plans of action.
No longer do your committee meetings need to end without
results. All meetings will end with a 3 Point Plan for action.
You can apply The Art of the 3 Point Plan to improve your
business, increase sales, or reduce your taxes.
If you are a candidate for office, and someone
asks what you will do about the recent rash of car thefts
